Kundalini Yoga with Hari Dev Kaur Khalsa
A new session of Kundalini Yoga will be starting next week - *Monday, April 27th* - for this session we will be focusing on the Chakras!
Chakras are centers of consciousness - focal points of energy which have a direct, immediate and profound effect on our daily lives. There are eight specific energy centers, or Chakras, located in and around the human body. We will be working with one Chakra per week during this 8 week session.
Using breath, asana, mantra and mudras, we will be opening and aligning our Chakras, raising the Kundalini energy through these amazing vortexes to bring us to a state of balance and centeredness.
This 8 session of classes will begin on *Monday, April 27, 2009*.
